As an IT Security Specialist/IT Security Architect, you will be a key person in an established IT Security & IT Governance team within a larger organization in a regulated and business-critical environment. You will work both strategically and operationally to further develop and strengthen IT security in a hybrid IT environment, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure.

You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, architects, and agile teams, providing advice, requirements, and execution. The role suits you if you enjoy switching between creating governing materials and training, as well as diving into technical details when needed.

• Participate in and drive the implementation of IT security solutions and continuous improvements, such as certificate management, security testing, encryption, and follow-up of internal audits.
• Be advisory and operational in the organization's cloud journey with a focus on Azure, including IAM/RBAC/PIM, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Advise on IT security solutions at both strategic and operational levels.
• Implement and monitor IT security-related protective measures in hybrid environments.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on security tests and vulnerability scans, and contribute to governance, structures, and working methods.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and supervisory requirements, as well as develop controls, follow-up, and reporting nationally and internationally.
• Develop and conduct training initiatives together with internal security resources for teams and the organization.
• Participate in forums and knowledge exchange to support effective deliveries and a strong security culture.

• At least 3–7 years of relevant work experience in IT security, IT security architecture, or related roles.
• Solid practical experience in operational IT security work, for example as a senior IT security specialist, IT Security Tech Lead, or IT security architect.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, including IAM/RBAC/PIM, networking, firewalls, encryption, KMS, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience in reviewing and approving network solutions (VNets, private endpoints, firewalls) from a security, compliance, and architecture perspective.
• Good knowledge of the ISO 27000 series, cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements in cloud environments.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience working according to SAFe.
• Experience in developing structures, routines, and training within IT security.
